This place is really good! Yesterday was my first time there. Here are some highlights: 1) Scheduling - I got in the same day, no waiting - the website let me choose an available appointment time, down to the half hour. 2) Modern and clean facility - I got a feline specific room with bird noises playing to help distract my new cat. The treatment area was open for me to see, not hidden behind a wall. 3) Very friendly and incredible attention to the customer - I just lost another cat of 16 years and dreaded having to go back to a vet. So much of this was made easier and painless because I wasn't waiting for hours. That's Rex, my newly adopted cat, in their cat room. The plant is not real, and just like the rest of the room, was made safe in case he was scared and ran.

I made an appointment for UrgentPaws but arrived 15 minutes early. I was helped right away and was brought into a private room. The environment was very calm and the whole staff was very knowledgeable and caring towards my dog. I was helped by an RVT named Jasmine who was kind, personable, and professional. While I hope my dogs will not need urgent care visits soon, I am so happy to be near such a wonderful clinic.

UrgentPaws in Thousand Oaks, was so welcoming from the start. I brought my two cats in today for two separate issues and the staff treated them like queens :) Jeannette, the vet-tech, and her team were very thorough and put me at ease during my visit. Dr. Martinez was exceptional with my girls and explained everything to me. He did not rush the process at all. He was very patient, and answered every question I had. I had a very pleasant experience at UrgentPaws, and my cats are recovering from their issues well. I’m very happy with the services I was provided. Thank you!!! Thank you!!!!

When your pet is having an urgent need that’s more emergent than waiting days for a vet appointment, but not needing absolute life saving immediate care, it’s important to take them somewhere you know they will be cared for and you won’t be priced completely out of your budget. I came here tonight (10/12) because my pet needed care. Not only was I able to do an online “placeholder” for my pet, I was met with immediate care, and true compassion from the vet and vet techs. While pet care is expensive, and I agreed to the estimate, I ended up paying LESS than what I was quoted. I feel sometimes vets (or other professionals) can give you a quote that you agree to, but won’t know if that whole service is used… and therefore you pay for more than what you end up getting. If you are looking for urgent care for your pet, I genuinely, highly recommend this office. Extra shout out to Chloe who helped me through the process tonight, I felt like she really cares and loves her job, and the animals and families that come in. Thank you!

Doctor Wells was amazing. I came in so stressed about my 3 pound dog she has been in pain and discomfort for a few days. She never even cried giving birth so I knew something was wrong when she’d cry just petting her. Luckily with the help of his assistant, Christine ( awesome beautiful very well educated young lady) it took them less than an hour to do her exams and figure out the problem. I’m very relived and happy with my decision to come here. Thank you from myself and peaches (the pup) and her brothers. We’re looking forward to her recovery !

Amazing Experience. Unfortunelty our dog ate some cookies he was not supposed to and had a ear infection. Staff and Provider was very caring , respectful, detail orientated. Staff and Provider Explained everything step by step. Great feeling knowing our dog was in good hands. Highly recommend this place.

I took my 11 week old GSD puppy to UrgentPaws yesterday. He had bloody Diarrhea at 9:30 am in the morning and was seen by a vet tech at 11:00. UrgentPaws took such great care of him and had amazing bedside manner. They answered all my questions, eased my worry, were very gentle when examining him, and my puppy seemed very at ease the whole time. I would highly recommend coming here if your little one ever needs emergency care.

UrgentPaws took amazing care of my kitten tonight after a big scare we had! We were seen as soon as we came in and they went above and beyond with their questions and information. My kitten got so much love and care while we were there. Extremely grateful for such an amazing office and outstanding team! When my 19 year old Kitten reached the end of her time I ended up taking her here to end her suffering. The staff were all so compassionate, caring and supporting. The whole process was done with such care for both Kitten and for me. And then a couple of weeks later they sent a thank you/condolences card. I am appreciative and grateful that I found this place for those last moments.

Took our American bully in for a sudden rash. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and experienced. They thoroughly explained all our options and helped us make a decision based on what we were comfortable with. Definitely will go again for emergency needs!!

I would like to thank the doctor and his assistant Angela for taking good care of our dog lucy. Angela was so nice , patient and caring to our dog . Angela went above and beyond to ensure our dog lucy was conformable and not scared. The location was very and clean. The doctor made sure before we left that all questions were answered and we understood what he was staking to us about.

10/10 have already recommended to all my friends and family who have pets! The staff was suuuuper accommodating and patient with me and my pup as Bronson had to be put down due to cancer. Super clean and friendly and even sent me a card and some prints of his paws and his big ol nose! Thank you again and will definitely be coming back if I have to (fingers crossed I dont)!
